Welding Technology
1. Types: Laser welding / Argon arc welding / Tin dipping / Hot pressing welding / Electronic spot welding / Ultrasonic welding / Conductive adhesive coating / Jet soldering.
2. Electronic spot welding enables direct welding without the need for paint removal; it can weld wires with diameters ranging from φ0.01 to φ0.4.
3. The temperature difference in the solder bath can be controlled within ±3°. According to customer requirements, the solder liquid can be heated up to 500° for normal operation.
4. In jet soldering, the liquid surface fluctuation can be stabilized within ±0.2 mm.
5. Laser welding is an efficient and precise welding method that uses a high-energy-density laser beam as a heat source. The laser heats the workpiece by focusing a high-energy-density beam, causing the temperature to rise rapidly and reach the boiling point of the material in an extremely short time. At this point, the material begins to vaporize, forming steam.
6. Resistance welding features short heating times, concentrated heat, a small heat-affected zone, minimal deformation and stress, and produces no noise or harmful gases. The welding process automatically monitors the current; if the current exceeds the specified range, an alarm is triggered.
7. In ultrasonic welding, vibrational energy is converted into thermal energy through friction, melting the plastic or fabric. The process is clean, non-polluting, and does not damage the workpiece. The welding parameters are stable and traceable throughout the welding process.
