Device features:
● The equipment features an overall steel welded frame structure, providing excellent stability.
● Adopts the Tanaka G4 system, offering stable performance and convenient programming.
● Uses a belt transmission system for smooth operation and low noise.
● Each winding machine is equipped with a QR code scanning function to bind product information and upload it to the MES, enabling real-time data tracking.
● New winding method: This method enables continuous winding without interrupting the wire; windings N1 and N6 are both wound using the same copper wire.
● Equip with a laser paint removal function and perform stranding operations on the stripped multi-strand wires.
