● Utilizing a mechanical and physical paint-stripping method with stable precision, the 10-axis winding machine is equipped with a self-developed G4 system, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
● The rear housing assembly utilizes visual recognition technology to achieve precise positioning.
● The incoming gaskets are inspected using visual recognition, which effectively prevents mixing of different types of gaskets and ensures correct orientation of the gaskets.
● Production data from the production lines are managed using MES for statistical analysis of production conditions.
● The assembly workstations employ servo-driven handling, ensuring precise positioning at each workstation.
