● This machine is primarily designed for developing coils for slanted-winding hollow-cup motors.
● The equipment is designed in a modular fashion; to accommodate different wire diameters and coil inner diameters, simply replace the winding fixture for quick tooling changes.
● The equipment features a high degree of automation; operators only need to be responsible for feeding materials.
● The system is controlled by Delta’s AX8 series PLC, enabling visual programming, multi-device switching, and real-time remote monitoring of equipment operating status.
