Automated inspection equipment for automotive oil filter screens uses visual inspection to measure the transparency of the mesh on the side and bottom surfaces of the filters. Each unit can inspect up to 5 pieces, offering high production efficiency. The equipment features fully automated operation, including automatic loading, automatic inspection, and automatic unloading.
This equipment features a rotary-table layout consisting of four stations: an loading station, a bottom mesh detection station, a cylindrical mesh detection station, and an unloading station (including NG rejection). The finished products are removed via a conveyor belt.
