Device features:
● The equipment features an overall steel welded frame structure, providing excellent stability.
● Adopts the Tanac G4 system, offering stable performance and convenient programming.
● Material loading on the magnetic core tray, featuring a non-stop material-change function.
● The rubber shell is assembled with the magnetic core and equipped with multi-angle correction functionality.
● The guide needle features a rotating function, with double wires wound in parallel, and the wire exit angle can be adjusted to any desired angle.
● The chuck employs a mechanical linkage mechanism to simultaneously secure both the plastic housing and the magnetic core, ensuring reliable product fixation.
● The feeder power strip is equipped with a rotating function, allowing products to be wound in both directions—single-pass winding with 0° and 180° wrapping angles.
● Equipped with a servo tensioner featuring tension decay compensation, it allows for seamless switching between foot-wrap tension and winding tension.
