● Real-time display of device and product status via touchscreen, with retention of inspection records, enabling inspection of TA, TS, and TC products, as well as assembly operations (MES interface reserved).
● Employs a sophisticated software control system that ensures stable operation, fast speed response, and enables fault alarms through program control.
● The equipment’s functional mechanisms include: feeding and shaping, image-based inspection, board separation device, QR code scanning, electrical testing and transfer feeding, electrical testing components, assembly and feeding line, PCB lamination, top-cover lamination, upper and lower cover material bins, 3M adhesive application, barcode labeling, printer, and barcode scanning device.
● PCB board processing quality can be inspected by taking photos, and board separation as well as barcode scanning can be performed using equipment such as board-separating machines.
