Basic Scale Capability
The company has an available floor area of 59,177.77 m². Each workshop is equipped with dedicated zones for equipment, materials and production assembly, capable of hosting over 15 production projects simultaneously.
Staffing capability
The assembly and production team comprises 75 members, including 13 senior technicians (10+ years), 37 mid‑level technicians (5+ years) and 34 junior technicians (1–5 years). The debugging team has 119 members, including 28 senior technicians (10+ years), 34 mid‑level technicians (5+ years) and 57 junior technicians (1–5 years).
Assembly process
Order receipt → Material preparation → Equipment assembly → ECN improvement → Precision verification → In-process self-inspection → Delivery & commissioning → Final machine confirmation → First article inspection (FAI) → FAI improvement → Packaging & shipment → Warehousing → Project closure
Production and Delivery Capability
Per the production delivery plan, the lead time for a single machine is around 60 days (including debugging), while the average lead time for a full production line is approximately 120 days (including debugging). The company has successfully delivered a complete production line in just 90 days for a key customer.
Delivery Qualification Rate
Prior to delivery, each machine undergoes a full self-inspection, followed by a secondary inspection by the Quality & Safety and Commissioning departments. The delivery qualification rate stands at 99%.
